Book: Julietta.

Myra has been a member of GVLWG for about six years.  She is the public relations coordinator for Historic Bethlehem Partnership and a freelance writer for organizations and magazines. 

Julietta is Myra's first novel.  Set in France in 1283, this young adult historical novel tells the story of a fourteen-year-old girl, homeless after the expulsion of Jews from her village, who finds renewed courage, hope and purpose in the Jewish tradition of healing.  Spirited, compassionate and inquisitive, the novel's heroine ovecomes many obstacles to achieve her dream of becoming a doctor, a rare achievement for a woman of her time.
